May Sales Stats:There were 1781 total closed transactions and just over $348 million in closed volume. The average days on the market was 156, avg closed price of $202,935. The high sale was development parcel in Little River, $2.3 million for a developable 111 total acres. 3 days after hitting the market for $2.2 million there were multiple offers on an amazing home in the prestigious Dunes Club, selling for $2.075M. Residential homes accounted for 899(50%) of the sales while condos accounted for 638(36%). Bank owned foreclosures totaled 43 sales, and short sales, only 3 closed transactions in May.
