For several years I have considered buying a rental condo in Myrtle Beach since that is our normal vacation destination. Trying to find a place was not that easy since I lived 22 hours away and could not just swing down to look at different places. I found Carolyn’s contact information and started contacting her. After explaining to her what I wanted she quickly lined up several properties to consider. She was awesome at giving me pointers on what to look for, what areas to look at and which units would best fit my needs. Carolyn took videos of the properties and send it to me to review as well as made time to meet me while I am on vacation to view several properties. Buying a home can be a nerve racking experience but not when you have Carolyn Piercy as your agent!
Being new to the area, we had no idea where to even begin our hunt for a new home. Luckily, Carolyn was referred to us by another parent at the local library story time and we couldn't be happier. Her organization and ability to find exactly what you're looking for is remarkable. Not only did she find us the perfect house on the first try (even though we insisted on looking at quite a few more properties, just to make sure) but she also made the entire buying process a breeze.
Being a fairly methodical person myself, I really appreciated the timeline Carolyn kept throughout the buying process. She kept us, and everyone involved, on track every step of the way and was extremely helpful with any and all questions we had.
